Covid-19 Requirements and Statement for In-Person Mediation
Online mediations have become the norm during the COVID-19 pandemic and David I. Karp continues to prefer Zoom mediations. Nevertheless, sometime after April 30, 2022, in-person mediations may resume but only if the parties/counsel (a) agree to the stated requirements, (b) applicable governmental restrictions and guidelines permit, (c) there are acceptable conference rooms available, and (d) the mediator feels comfortable with the prospect.
